Would you hire this man as Regional Branch Manager?

Would you hire this man as Regional Branch Manager?

Michael Scott. You most definitely have not heard this man's name before. Michael Scott is the Regional Manager of Dunder Mifflin Paper Company's Scranton branch. Scott may have somehow managed to make Scranton the highest selling branch, but not under professional circumstances expected in a typical work environment.

Scott wastes valuable company time on a regular basis, holding frequent meetings unrelated to work matters. He also frequently makes inappropriate sexual and racist comments to employees in the office. One instance is when he held a "racial awareness" meeting and forced employees to play a version of Heads Up! a game where one holds their phone to their forehead where a word is displayed and the other players say words to help the player with the phone on their head guess what their word is. In Scott's version of the game, employees had a card with a race written on it taped to their head, and had to act out stereotypes of that race when interacting with one another.

Scott makes frequent comments harassing women on their bodies. He often makes embarassing comments about Phyllis, a middle aged overweight woman, and Pam, the receptionist, about her breasts. He was once quoted saying to a woman as she left the office, "Hate to see you leave, but love to watch you go. Because of your butt".

Scott has the attention span and intelligence of a child, and so I ask you, would you really want this unpredictable man running your branch?
